"Scarless" mole removal
Dr. Wenzel uses high-frequency radiowave surgery to remove moles by using settings allowed by technological advances that reduce thermal damage to the skin. Radiowave surgery mechanics produce less heat and thermal damage when compared to laser or common lower frequency electrosurgery units. By removing the lesion without making an incision through the dermis, the cosmetic result is superior and a full dermis scar is avoided as this deeper layer of the skin is not damaged or incised.
